These vary on quantity of services a year through to fully comprehensive service packages to protect you against unforeseen costs and of course to protect your asset (the service lift).

Southern Lifts recommends and performs preventative lift maintenance and safety checks at regular intervals to ensure that service lifts under its maintenance program comply with the lift manufacturer's guidelines. It also ensures longevity and reliability of your service lift.

The Building Code of Australia stipulates that the lift shall be serviced at regular intervals in accordance with AS1735 and that it is the occupant's/tenant's responsibility to ensure that these requirements are met. This preventative maintenance is important. Southern Lifts are able to help you with these requirements.
